Aviva Team,
You are invited to the Holiday Party and Team Member Awards Celebration.
The evening will bring everyone together for a warm holiday gathering, a full table, and recognition of the work carried through every Aviva location this year.

Recognition will take place across several categories, including:

Additional categories will also be announced during the event.
Raffle and Charity Support
Award winners will receive automatic entry into the raffle for cash prizes. Additional raffle tickets will be available with a charity donation. Aviva Leadership will match every dollar donated. Every contribution will support the charity selected for the event.

Each team member may bring one guest.
Please arrive together or have your guest check in under your name.
